These Terms govern your access to and use of PicFlow AI. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
PicFlow AI provides image conversion, resizing, cropping, compression, and related editing tools. You are responsible for the images you upload or process and for ensuring you have the rights needed to use them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity started through Google sign-in.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle. Plan prices, billing intervals, renewals, invoices, payment failures, and cancellations are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase and any applicable Paddle billing records.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, attack the platform, upload unlawful material, infringe others' rights, or use the platform in a way that harms PicFlow AI, other users, or third parties.
Service Availability
We work to keep PicFlow AI reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security events, third-party provider issues, or operational problems.
Limitation of Liability
PicFlow AI is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of PicFlow AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
