Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PicFlow AI. By using the service, creating an account, processing files, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
PicFlow AI provides image conversion, resizing, cropping, compression, preview generation, ZIP export, blog content, and related image workflow tools. You are responsible for the files you upload or process and for ensuring you have the rights needed to use them.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information, verify your email when required, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is compromised, abusive, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.
Free Plan and Usage Limits
Free usage may include daily action limits, file size limits, batch limits, advertisements, or other restrictions. We may change free limits to protect service reliability, prevent abuse, or adjust product offerings.
Pro Subscriptions
Pro plans provide increased limits and paid features according to the pricing and checkout details shown at purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the billing flow. Canceled subscriptions may keep Pro access until the end of the paid billing period unless cancellation is immediate due to policy, payment, or abuse reasons.
Billing and Paddle
Payments, checkout, invoices, payment methods, taxes, renewal attempts, and subscription management are handled by Paddle as merchant of record or payment provider where applicable. Paddle checkout terms, invoices, and billing records control payment-specific details. PicFlow AI stores subscription status needed to provide access.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. The Refund Policy is part of these Terms and explains eligibility, review criteria, and how to request help with billing issues.

You retain ownership of your files and content. You grant PicFlow AI the limited permission needed to process, preview, store temporarily, secure, and deliver the output you request. You must not upload or process content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or violates another person's rights.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, scrape or overload the platform, upload malware or executable content, attempt unauthorized access, attack the infrastructure, use automated abuse, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Admin and Blog Features
Admin and blog CMS features are restricted to authorized users. Admins must use these tools responsibly and may not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep PicFlow AI reliable, but the service may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, updates, security events, third-party provider issues, capacity limits, or operational problems. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where needed.
No Professional Advice
PicFlow AI provides image processing tools and related content. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use generated files and published content.
Disclaimers
PicFlow AI is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect file compatibility, lossless results, exact output sizes, specific search ranking, revenue, or that every file can be processed successfully.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicFlow AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or inability to use the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, misuse the platform, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically practical.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
